I have been living with my son’s family and when my son and daughter-in-law decided to sell their house Susan helped me to explore an option of buying my own place. It was a pleasure working with her. Susan knows the real estate market and the area very well. In addition, she has a patience of an angel in dealing with both buyers and sellers. Moreover, Susan makes the whole process very easy for a buyer. For example, at some point she arranged for contractors to come to the prospective property to estimate a renovation cost. While working with Susan, I have learned a great deal about purchasing real estate property in Pennsylvania. After all, I decided to stay with my family but when the time comes for me to move out, I will ask Susan without hesitation to help me to find a new place.

Pat and her team did an excellent job selling our home. We had lived on Norsam Road for 35 years so it was a very emotional time for our family. Pat put us at ease from the first meeting through the close with her experience, professionalism, excellent and timely communications and knowledge of the local market. The pictures and description of the house for the printed brochure and digital presence were perfect. She scheduled multiple open houses and consistently follow up with interested buyers. The sale took longer than we had anticipated and for the majority of that time we were absentee sellers. Pat, Susan Ellis and the rest of her team treated the house and property as their own, making sure everything looked perfect. If repairs were needed they managed it. If the exterior needed sprucing up they let us know and suggested landscapers to do the job. As with many closings, ours was fairly complex and complicated. Pat managed it all; negotiating back and forth with the buyer’s agent but always keeping our best interest at the forefront. Selling a home is not an easy process but we would highly recommend Pat and her team for any real estate transaction.

Susan was our realtor during our search for a townhouse in the Philadelphia suburbs. We have dealt with many realtors over the years, and Susan is not only outstanding at her job, but also a delightful person to deal with. She is friendly, has an excellent sense of humor, and was always unfailingly patient and thoughtful in helping us find a home that we would be really happy with (we did and we are). Perhaps most importantly, from our point of view, it was always clear that Susan listens to and cares about her clients…There were not a whole lot of issues that needed to be negotiated before closing, but there were a few, and Susan handled them all very much to our satisfaction, but also professionally, gracefully, and in a way that ensured no feathers were ruffled. As someone who has been both a seller and a buyer, I think this kind of tact is a very important quality in a realtor when one side needs to seek concessions from the other.
